We are a diverse and multidisciplinary team of designers, lawyers, neuroscience experts, user researchers and project managers, all passionate about human-centered legal innovation. Founder & CEO
Marie Potel-Saville is an impact entrepreneur: the founder of FairPatterns, a solution for detecting and remedying large-scale dark patterns, and ofAmurabi, an award-winning innovation studio specializing in ethical, privacy-friendly and age-appropriate design.
She lectures internationally on human-centered law and legal innovation through design (Computer, Privacy and Data Protection (CPDP) in Brussels, IAPP Global Privacy Summit in Washington, W@Privacy, Legal Design Summit in Helsinki, LegalGeek in London, and many others).
She is part of the European Data Protection Committee's Expert Support Pool on dark patterns. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she worked in law firms for 10 years (Freshfields, Allen & Overy) in Europe, then moved in-house to become GC EMEA of a US-listed group. She holds a Master's degree in Innovation by Design from ENSCI - Les Ateliers.
She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Legal Lab at the Serpentine Galleries and participates in pro bono initiatives for access to justice. Marie teaches innovation by design at the Singapore Management University, Sciences Po and Assas.
Head of Design
Now Head of Design, Guillemette studied industrial design before specializing in graphic design, brand identity and user interface. A graduate of ENSCI - Les Ateliers, she continued her career at Amurabi, moving from Senior Designer to Head of Design.
Her role now extends beyond the creation of user-centric solutions; she guides and mentors our designers, supporting them in their learning and fostering a collaborative working environment where creativity is the order of the day. Heading up the artistic direction of our projects, and ensuring the consistency and excellence of our deliverables, Guillemette ensures that every opportunity is an opportunity to innovate even further through Legal Design. She plays an active role in recruiting new talent who embody Amurabi's mission: to make complexity accessible to as many people as possible.
CTIO
With over 25 years' experience in technology leadership and innovation, Trushant Mehta has made a significant impact on the technology sector through his roles as CIO, CTO and founder. He currently holds the position of CTO at OpenEyes Technologies Inc, which he co-founded in 2014. Trushant has also been acting CTO at Elroi since 2021, and was a Senior Statistician at the United Nations in Geneva.
Throughout his career, Trushant has developed a strong expertise in government solutions, having worked in a variety of roles, including as a solutions architect and developer for several US federal and state governments from 2000 to 2014. His expertise spans strategic leadership, operational oversight and state-of-the-art technology deployment.
An active member of several prestigious boards and associations, Trushant contributes to the Forbes Technology Council, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Association for Test Publishers, the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, indUS Entrepreneurs and the Indian American Business Impact Group. He also sits on the boards of Parul University, Sardar Patel University, Aspire2Steam and TorchIt-organizations dedicated to educational empowerment and support for the visually impaired.
Recognized as a thought leader, Trushant has published articles in Forbes, ATP and Indian Diaspora. He holds a patent on interactive communication based on network queries using AI and ML, and two other patents are pending. His commitment to innovation and leadership has been honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the office of the Honorable President Joe Biden.
As a committee member, Trushant actively participates in the International Privacy and Data Subcommittee for ATP, the AI Committee for ATP, and the CTO Committee for ICE, shaping the policies and standards that guide the future of testing technologies and industries.
Trushant continues to drive significant advances in technology, aiming to develop solutions that not only improve business operations, but also positively influence society as a whole.
Senior Project Manager - DPO Certified
After a degree in law and art history, Pauline specialized in information and project management. For the past 5 years, she has been working as a project manager on cultural exhibitions and the valorization of corporate heritage in the luxury sector. More recently, Pauline worked as a Legal Operations project manager for the legal department of a large group. Her last mission was to initiate change and integrate digital tools for lawyers and operational staff. Pauline is also a certified DPO.
Senior Project Manager
Lindsay completed a Masters in Sustainable Heritage at UCL and then moved to Paris to work at UNESCO's World Heritage Centre on disaster preparedness and sustainable development. There, she set up a working group tasked with developing new sustainable development policies for the management of World Heritage sites. Prior to this, she was part of an expedition to base camp on Mount Everest, where she took part in a campaign to highlight the effects of climate change on glacier melt around the world, and in particular on Nepal's natural heritage.In her most recent position, she was the communications director of an award-winning French technology start-up. Fascinated by the way modern communications shape our digital footprint, she is convinced of the role Amurabi can play in inclusion and accessibility.

Having launched his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 14 and subsequently managed a small business, Bibin has developed an entrepreneurial mindset. With over 7 years' experience, he specializes in UX/UI design, digital marketing and graphic design. Bibin firmly adheres to the "Jugged Mindset" philosophy of finding solutions to complex challenges despite limited resources. Committed to improving the ease, safety and accessibility of people's lives, he ardently believes that every design should resonate with the core of human emotions and preferences. In collaboration with Amurabi, Bibin aspires to constantly push the boundaries of creative thinking and help shape a better digital world.
Junior Lawyer
Juliette recently graduated with a Master's degree in Digital Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and began her career at Amurabi as a Junior Lawyer after completing her end-of-studies internship there. Thanks to an eclectic curriculum, starting with web design before moving on to law, which she studied in France and England, she strives to combine rigor and creativity in her legal practice. Curious by nature, legal design is a field in which she blossoms as her training progresses, and whose values she shares.
DESIGNER
Mara is a UX design student at Norwich University of the Arts, committed to creating spaces that emphasize equity, intersectionality and accessibility. Iel emphasizes the importance of understanding different perspectives and making research-based decisions when designing for a heterogeneous and evolving society. Combining a background in visual design with experience in project management, Mara excels at simplifying complex problems into manageable solutions. Iel is autonomous and curious.se, having spoken at several conferences on the impact of AI on society, team leadership and marginalized identities in industry.
Legal Engineer Intern
After obtaining a law degree from the Université Panthéon-Assas, Doa began a master's degree in economic law and global governance at the Sciences Po Paris Law School (class of 2025). She spent a semester at Stanford Law School, where she discovered Legal Design through a Policy Lab entitled AI for Legal Help. At Amurabi, she deepened her knowledge in this field while acting as a link between the tech and legal teams. Recently, Doa has developed a keen interest in the emerging field of integrity risk management related to climate finance and climate action. She joined the Investigations, Strategy and Operations team of the Integrity Vice-Presidency of the World Bank Group as a legal consultant for a year.
Phd in cognitive Neurosciences
UX Designer
With a PhD in cognitive neuroscience, Mathilde specializes in human-centered design.
After 7 years in the automotive industry and in design agencies, she now applies her theoretical and technical knowledge to the definition of systems based on contexts of use and user experience. Participatory design is one of her favorite fields. She also works as a lecturer and participates in scientific research activities.

Expert in neuroscience & Founder - Neuro@Work
Driven by a shared passion for continuous improvement and innovation, we regularly collaborate with Dominique, founder of Neuro@work, on several digital transformation projects. Drawing on her expertise in neuroscience, Dominique designs transformation programs that focus on the human element to ensure adoption by the teams involved. Dominique is dedicated to studying the human brain's response to new systems and work habits. This knowledge, applied to the strategic design and deployment of transformation programs, helps minimize resistance and bring about lasting change in practices within teams. His extensive corporate experience and knowledge of operational challenges enable him to design innovative solutions.
