NDA redesigned for the luxury sector

The customer, a leading luxury goods retailer, wanted a new version of the confidentiality agreement that would not only preserve its prestigious brand image, but also improve comprehensibility and user-friendliness. The existing document was too dense, lacked visual appeal and didn't reflect the sophistication expected by its high-level partners and customers. In addition, the company needed a professional, minimalist design that subtly incorporated the distinctive elements of its brand without weighing it down.
We approached the redesign with the elegance of luxury retail in mind, drawing on the aesthetic of the event's invitations for continuity. Dark green tones, embossed textures and gold details added a touch of refinement, while the text was rewritten in simple, accessible language for greater clarity. The structure of the document was optimized to highlight essential information and, in response to the customer's preference for sobriety, we integrated his signature motif and a few discreet pictograms. This approach resulted in a harmonious blend of sophistication, functionality and brand alignment.
