Employee savings plans offer advantageous investment schemes, allow employees to anticipate the future and also create a bond of trust with their company, yet many employees do not find their way around. Orange therefore asked us to help them redesign their employee savings account.
Thanks to the user-centricity, we aimed to make it a decision-making tool that could be easily operated according to the situation of each individual, but also to open up the employee's vision on the subject of savings.
Our keystone is to involve users from A to Z in our creation process to allow a smooth adoption of the booklet. We have proposed scenarios according to the different employee profiles: newcomers who will need to understand the specificities of Orange employee savings, employees who arrived 2 or 3 years ago and have already had to make choices about employee savings, and long-time employees who may have developed habits but have not necessarily understood everything, or may want to revisit their choices according to the market or their own situation

A new employee savings booklet with information presented in a clear, logical and simple way to empower each employee. We have created a slider that indicates the level of risk/reward to facilitate informed decision-making.
The booklet also presents the differences between the two schemes PEG and PERCO, and offers a focus on the conditions of unlocking in a concrete time scale to make it actionable.
