An application to help victims of cyber-violence
2021
Respect Zone, a leading association in the fight against cyber-violence, has noticed that people facing online harassment do not always know what their rights are, and may hesitate to assert them. Respect Zone therefore proposes to create an application that will facilitate the exercise of rights by people facing cyber-violence.
Access to legal information is important, but users must understand it, be encouraged to use it and have simple and practical tools to use it. This is why we apply the Legal Design approach to create this application: starting from the needs of the users, their path to identify all their difficulties, constraints, frustrations etc., in order to solve them in the conception of the messages and the graphic expression of the application.
After validation of the paths and texts by the Service of Childhood and Adolescence of the University Hospitals la Pitié Salpêtrière and law professors at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, the app Respect Zone can see the day!
An application dedicated to people in a situation of cyberviolence and their entourage.
Five tailored courses to meet the needs and questions of each user and, above all, to give them the tools to act and stop online hate.
