Strategic redesign of permit applications

TSE had to transform a complex, regulatory building permit application into a true strategic asset. The traditional process, cumbersome and difficult to navigate, was characterized by complex technical language and dense regulations, often complicating decision-making. Permit application documents were difficult to read, resulting in missed opportunities and frequent delays. Users were faced with incomplete information and confusing presentation, resulting in refusals or lengthy delays in processing. It was therefore essential to simplify and optimize this process, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
To solve this problem, we completely redesigned the building permit application to make it both legally accurate and user-friendly. With an emphasis on clear, concise and punchy presentation, we highlighted key messages and regulatory points in an intuitive layout. We carefully balanced legal requirements with practical responses, notably by structuring the document so as to present the law on one side and the applicant's response on the other. Potential objections were anticipated and proactively addressed to strengthen the case and facilitate faster, more informed decision-making. The result is a document that scrupulously complies with all regulatory requirements, while considerably increasing the chances of approval thanks to a clear and convincing presentation tailored to the expectations of decision-makers.
